"First things first, we got greeted at the front and our visit quickly went downhill. \n\nMy fianc\u00E9 and I went to visit so he could get fitted and put a deposit down for a tuxedo he was renting for a friends wedding. We had what seemed to be a new associate measuring him. Everything he measured was too big. They later gave him some pants to try on, it took them 15 minutes after he already had the pants and shirt on for them to check up on him. My fianc\u00E9 at that time looked at me and whispered \"Yelp\". The \"manager\" I'm assuming, Shakira was very unpleasant. She was nice to me, but I overheard her talking to a customer on the phone for 10 minutes or so then after she got off the phone, she and the associate talked about how difficult that customer was. She also talked down on her associates in a annoyed way. I work in retail and that is very unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable to experience.\n\nTheir staffed move slow and did not know how to customer service multiple people in the store. You could definitely see the irritation in people's faces. I also overheard a female associate tell another associate say \"you're ruining my focus, just shut up!\" This was just plain unprofessional behavior. If it wasn't for the groom choosing men's warehouse for the tuxedos then we wouldn't have been here. This experience just solidifies my decision to not come here for any special occasions. \n\nBTW this is the first time I've ever been in here and this will be my last time.
