The chair can't just have disappeared! They were moving my Grandmother from an upscale, apartment-style independent living, gated retirement community, so they had to park the truck on the side and bring items down a service elevator. I think during one of their several \"smoke breaks\" they just set it to the side and then forgot to put it in the truck and drove off! Who knows what happened to it? All I know is that they took over an hour and a half to drive the 20 minutes to the next location (of course we are paying by the hour) and then had the nerve to ask for my cash \"appreciation\" before they left. I felt very uncomfortable as they were standing in my entry way. I had no cash on me, but wrote them a $100 check. This was in addition to the $800 + move on the credit card. I've called and called the office and given them the opportunity to do something to fix it, but they've just given me b.s. I don't expect a brand new chair, but now I have only one of a two piece occasional chair set! I may not be able to get my $100 \"appreciation\" tip back, but we will be disputing the moving charge with the credit card company."^^ . "2"^^ . "0"^^ .
