My boyfriend and I were relocating from out of state (California) and Mark dedicated his entire weekend to us to house hunt.  He took us around half of Maricopa County one Saturday to look at houses even though he thought some of the areas weren't the best fit for us, but made a point to show us every house we asked for so that we could see for ourselves and decide on the perfect area for us. The next day he took us to all of our favorite houses in the area we had decided was our best fit.  We looked at over 20 houses in one weekend and fell in love with the first house on Sunday!  Mark gave us a ton of insight on the area which really helped us choose the best location, since we were coming from out of town.  He literally seems to know everything about the Gilbert/Chandler/Mesa/Tempe area and he answered every single one of our questions in the most objective way possible so that we had all the information we needed to make a decision on the perfect location and home.  It's incredible how much expertise he has in the home buying process, the area, home remodeling (from letting us know which pool pump was best to approximately how much a new A/C would be)... literally everything about houses, this man knew.  Mickie came with us on Sunday and was such an amazing cheerleader when we decided on the house we loved and got so excited with us when we were envisioning our life in that house.  Mark and Mickie felt like old friends by the end of the weekend.  \n\nWe ended up dealing with a less than ideal seller's agent and Mark made things as painless as possible and we were able to close 30 days after the date we put in the offer. \n\nMark has been incredible even after closing, checking in to make sure the house is coming along well and offering referrals when I ask him for a recommendation (this guy knows EVERYONE).  So far I have used several of his recommendations and they have all been as professional, experienced and competent as Mark.
