I was the 3rd car in the check-in area for a vacuum and VIP service wash. First, Mark, while genuinely a nice individual, spends more time hanging on people's car windows talking than paying attention to his job - taking care of customers. We paid and waited for 30 minutes only to find our truck was still sitting waiting to be vacuumed. Probably because Mark was too busy chatting up customers. I finally got the \"manager\" Randy, and I use that term lightly, who proceeded to rudely give excuses that the delay was due to other vehicles going through for an external wash only. How this has anything to do with my vehicle not yet being vacuumed escapes me. He literally yelled this across the facility at me. Randy is probably the most unprofessional individual I've come across in a long time. A woman behind me was in line to speak to him as well for a similar issue. So, I decided they didn't need to vacuum or wash my truck based on this interaction with Randy. Lastly, he explained he could not issue me a refund - it had to come from corporate, which I could expect in about 3 days. I hope corporate calls me. This was the most unnecessary, irritating experience. Never again.\n\n***Update: Charlie, the owner/operator called me this evening and was genuinely concerned and apologetic over today's incident. I'm confident he'll address these issues."^^ .
