"I was there today and the store was a bit messy and overcrowded with stuff. \nUsually this store is fun to shop in so I head over to this Marshall's on occasion. \nThe biggest issue today however was the young man who checked me out. He was extremely rude! He called me over but never greeted me, look at me, or say anything at all to me. Instead he chatted with a fellow employee the entire time I was at his register. Nothing. \nThat is a lack of training and just plain courtesy. Managers: please train your employees to make your customers feel valued and respected!"^^ .
