When I pulled in there was a small area off to the right for trucks to clean out their beds before entering the wash. There are 2 lanes: the left line is for cash & credit card paying customer; the right lane is for pre-paid customers. Once I reached the front of the line, the employee was waiting there with the price list and a smile. I showed her the Yelp check-in offer (50% off!) and she swiftly got me going. No hassle; no fuss. \n\nOnce I reached the wash tunnel, 2 more employees were there, also with smiles. Why are they all so happy? I don't know, but I like it!! I retuned big smiles as one employee hosed down my front end, while the other handed me a moist towel (for interior wiping: dashboard, etc.). He allowed me to choose my air freshener and sent me on my way. \n\nAfter exiting the washing tunnel, I moved to the drying ports (I'm sure there's another name for this area). I didn't count, but I would guess there were about 12-14. I particularly liked that there were enough vacuums in each port that you didn't have to share with the car in either side of you (like at other places). \n\nMy only complaints are that the vacuums could use a little more suction, and they need to space out the cars a little more in the tunnel so that they aren't so close together in there. Packing vehicles effects the quality of the wash and is the culprit of most inner tunnel vehicle accidents. \n\nAside from that, I was happy with how clean my car was and I will definitely return for my next quick wash."^^ .
