Had difficulty understanding cashier when I asked what flavored bread are offered for this breakfast option. \n\nI am very patient & compassionate to anyone whose 1st language isn't English. Took me a few moments to understand what she was saying due to her extremely incomprehensible heavy accent. I had to ask her to repeat it a few times and very slowly since the menu board did not state what type of bread there are. \n\nA person who speak clear understandable English should be at the counter taking orders.
