I sat at the chef's table and was able to watch the chefs prepare dishes for the other diners. They were conscientious and everything was plated to perfection. \n\nI ordered the Flight of Beer, Steak Tartare, and the Belgian White Mussels. Everything was delicious! \n\nThe hand chopped, Steak Tartare was set with a raw egg yolk in the center, fresh horseradish, greens, crostini, giant capers, and a few cornichons. \n\nThe generous portion of Belgian White Mussels came with a side of sourdough bread to soak up the well-balanced, lightly garlic, and sweet flavor of the broth the perfectly cooked, mussels sat in. I paired that with one of the beer samples in my beer flight. \n\nThe waitress was very attentive, and the head chef, down-to-earth and friendly. \n\nThe service, food, and ambiance were amazing and I would happily dine here again!"^^ . .
