Our couch was delivered to us on 10/16/11, I have already had one service work order for the cushions on my sofa. They are Understuffed so my couch litterally looks like we got it at the thift store. This does not make me happy. I call customer service today to have them come out to look at our sofa for the second time, First I was put on hold for 17 minutes because they could not find my account, then I was mysteriously hung up on. Called back and got another girl who located my account no problem in like 2 minutes. She informs me that I need to \"find an outside source to fix my sofa\" because it is out of warrenty. It's not even a year old!! I have 9 more days on my 1 year (extremely limited bullshit) warrenty. She also informes me that I must be confused because they don't show that I have ever had a service on my sofa as far as their computers are concerned. Well I was there, I know that I have already had a service on my couch. I then tell her I want to speak with a supervisor, she puts me on hold, comes back anda says someone will get back to me, I very much told her that I am not hanging up I want to talk with someone. What does she do you ask? She hangs up on me! I will never be purchasing anything else EVER again from a Ashley store. The items that we do have already will need to be replaced soon because they are mostly made of partical board. It angers me to be charged so much for a item that is garbage, and when you call to have service on the defective items they send you, you get the run around... Horrible store.
