"The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, games are stocked on time and in good quantity (I've only rarely come looking for an item to find it sold out).Great variety of games and accessories, with room to walk around and browse even on crowded days. Board gaming is an expensive hobby, but le Valet always sells at the most reasonable prices in town. Shops like Tour de Jeux downtown inflate their prices considerably by comparison. \nI would give them 5 stars except for 2 minor complaints:\n\n1)The front and back of the store are run by separate staffs who do not seem to have much knowledge of the other half. The people at the checkout can't answer questions about board games and the board game guys don't know much about the puzzles etc at the front. Not a big deal once you know who to talk to.\n\n2) During sales, identical items in French and English were not discounted equally. I found copies of RPG books for $5 in French that were still selling for $35 in English. As an Anglophone customer I would have appreciated a little more parity. \n\nAll in all my favorite game store in Canada, they're just great. Go give them your money!"^^ . "0"^^ . "4"^^ . "0"^^ . . .
