"2"^^ . "I came down with the flu during a business stay and needed a quick stop to recover before I headed out, so I figured one cheap motel was as good as another.\n\nWrong. It took over 20 minutes to check in -- while I was nearly passing out with flu symptoms. Behind the counter a possibly mentally handicapped or just plain senile customer was being served by someone who seemingly had never used a computer in their life (and would continually answer phones while helping other customers, without putting them on hold). Another woman, who I learned was the manager, was evidently there to help her 'training'. After 10 minutes I asked 'is there a problem?' and was rudely rebuked with 'no, do you have a problem?'\n\nI should have left then and there but I was desperate to sleep off the flu at this point.\n\nAfter another 10-15 minutes I was finally able to check in with the agonizingly slow Indian woman behind the counter who talked in a mouse like whisper and moved like a 95 year old woman. Zero customer service skills, or social skills for that matter. This woman needs to be stocking shelves somewhere.\n\nFinally I attempt to reach my room on the second floor, only to discover there's no elevator. Great.\n\nOnce I got to my room, though, it seemed decent for a crummy motel. No complaints there.\n\n3 stars for the room, -1 star for the unbelievably slow and rude service."^^ . . "0"^^ . .
