Before we knew it, we were whisked away into a tour of the warehouse of the largest cheese wholesaler in Las Vegas. His passion for the product and the way he serves his customers was so incredible. He laid out the American dream for us perfectly by expressing the highs and lows he has had during his time in the city. He is so good at understanding market dynamics and ways to help his customers. By the time we came out of the tour for lunch, we just knew we were in for a treat. AND THE SANDWICHES WERE AS GOOD AS THE TOUR! Every person in our group was ranting and raving about how excellent our sandwiches were. Go check these guys out and support a true mom & pop business. Ah-mazing!!!!"^^ . . "2"^^ .
