We have spent 2 days on chats and the phone trying to merge my fianc\u00E9 account and remove a daughter that got her own Verizon account. \n\nThey WEREN'T losing any customers, but put us on hold, HUNG UP ON US, were unwilling to give us a supervisor and wanted to charge us $240 in cancellation fees when no one got a new phone or left their company.\n\nWe still don't have anything resolved because they didn't have anyone working that could do anything other than read a prompter."^^ .
