"i have been Sprint customer for 10 years, generally like Sprint, especially their phone customer service has been always excellent. This store is not a good example of Sprint customer service though. I needed to change my name on account. First I was greeted by a lady in the lobby who didn't introduce herself, but was generally polite and she signed me in saying it will not take long. 20 minutes later (time I don't mind since all reps were with other clients) she came to me (I was sitting on the bench) and said: sorry, what do you need again, I forgot. I said: name change. She pointed to the available rep now and said: \"he will be able to help you\" (again no name). Then I came to the counter, that rep didn't look at me once, asked my name and said he will sign me in and I will be next. I pointed out that I was signed in already, and I came to the counter because I have been told that now I will be helped. He just said that everyone is busy (although he didn't seem to be), and I can sit down and wait. No any kind of remorse for misunderstanding, no looking at me at all, just brushed me off. Super unprofessional. I don't complain often, there are more tragic things in life than bad customer service, but sometimes I guess i can share an experience.
