. "0"^^ . "I am very unhappy with the service center. I purchased a car the end of May 2017. Since then I've brought the car in to have it checked out for a noise coming from the A/C and a noise with the brakes. I was told the first time, that the breaks are suppose to make that noise, and they could not find the noise coming from the A/C and to \"record\" it the next time and I was sent away. I took the car to Autozone, who checked it out and said it was a leak and may need to have a fuel injection. I took the car in last week, was told there was in fact a leak and the Valve was broke. They charged me $130 (for nothing) and again sent me away. They advised they can not fix it there as the warranty was with Chevy and not them. I left with my engine light still on, a leak, and out of $130.00! I called to speak with the supervisor either Daniel or Scott and he was completely rude and showed no empathy for my situation, I did not feel like I should have been charged $130.00. No customer service skills what so ever. I requested his supervisor. Jim Marsh called me back. It was like talking to a wall. I was treated better by the autozone staff. It's always about the money nowadays. Customer service has gone out the door. And to think I actually referred a co-worker there and she purchased a vehicle as well. Never again!"^^ . "0"^^ . .
