Some rewriting was done in irrigation box and sprinkler heads checked. \n\nOne month later when I got my water bill it was almost doubled. I called to have Darren come out and check the system and he replaced a valve charging me another service fee and repair. I contacted him the same day to tell him I felt I was overcharged since he was just out to fix the sprinklers a month ago and I had been out of town not knowing of a problem until I got my bill. That I was hoping to establish a long term relationship using his services, I was appreciative of his work and that I felt it appropriate to ask for a refund or credit. He was not receptive but said he would waive the service fee next time.\n\nLess than a week later in the evening on. Friday I heard a pop noise and water gush. I contacted him and sent pictures of the water. I got no response and figured out how to turn off water. Saturday he texted asking if I figured it out and said he'd have his schedule Monday to know when he'd come over. Monday rolls around and he said he wasn't sure and was working in Arcadia area. Tuesday rolls around and no communication from him. Wednesday rolls around and no response to my 2 follow ups. After a 3rd attempt of reaching out to him saying that I would assume he's not going to service me if I didn't hear back that day. I finally get a response from him saying that I should find another service to take care of the problem.\n\nI was dismayed that he didn't follow up with me, honor his word, nor respond to my attempts to reach out to him. I can only guess that he either was hung up on honoring waiving the fee he agreed to or he doesn't know how to fix the problem since he made no attempt. I doubt it was time or distance since he's only 20 minutes away and the times he did come out he came the next day. Not a good experience."^^ . . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
