The packaging is less than half assed, the shipping takes FOREVER (because they left it sitting for 5 days after it was packaged before they shipped it, but you still pay $160 for shipping just for a convertible top?), and when a product arrives packaged incorrectly and damaged, the owner tries to tell you 1) it is not their product, and then 2) it is not their fault (after they acknowledge that it is indeed their product). They do not stand behind their products.
