Tried to make an appointment on a monday for saturday and was told by xavier to just call the day i wanted to bring my car in. So my boyfriend decided to call (was quoted differently again) on a monday and was given an appointment that thursday at 9am. No one was at the shop that thursday at 9am. My boyfriend called and called waiting outside the shop then they finally picked up after about 40 minutes of calling. They told him they will be at the shop at 10:30. My boyfriend ended up leaving.
