I guess people just don't look or shop around for the best price. The quality of clothing is excellent. For men they have an entire wall of jeans so you'll be able to find what you want. Also, Stafford products for men are fantastic-great quality. I do think JCP has an image problem and if they can overcome that their business would increase. I think they need to have a couple more check out areas. I also don't understand why they have the online merchandise pick up desk on the second floor!! They should make on-line order pickup as easy as they can, it's the way of the future. Move the photograph studio elsewhere in the store and put in a drive up for online sales pickup or offer free shipping and free returns. Also, they have recently closed almost all the fitting rooms for women. You wander around the store looking for a fitting room-very frustrating. JCP make some changes we don't want to lose you!"^^ .
