. . "I'm not really sure what to think of Andante anymore. I have been here since January 2015 and they are on their third set of office staff in that time. The limited interactions I've had so far with the new staff haven't been that great. The lady I talked to last was kind of rude. I had gotten to know the previous staff pretty decently because after the change of Internet from New Media West to Dish Network, I was one of the lucky people who spent 6 months without Internet. Yup, you read that correctly. 6 months without Internet. And you can only get Internet through their one and only approved provider. And now it still doesn't work consistently. Service requests are hit and miss. You can put in a request and sometimes it is fixed that day and sometimes it is a few days later. When I renewed my lease my rent jumped up about $150 more per month than what I had been previously paying. But because I had to sign a 6 month lease I'm paying $200 more than I previously had. \n\nRecently they sealed the cracks in the breezeway outside my apartment without contacting me and letting me know about it and the smell triggered an asthma attack. \n\nOn the plus side they are dog friendly. There is a nice sized dog park and there is a dog washing station that was recently installed. They also have poop bags around the complex, which is helpful so you don't have to buy them. The apartments are pretty decently sized and the bedroom and closet are pretty nice sized. There is ample space for storage in the apartment. \n\nOverall, Andante is probably better than a good chunk of apartments out there, and there aren't sinks in the bedroom like other apartments in the area. Until I had all of those internet issues and a jack in rent I probably would have given 4 or 5 stars. But those 6 months without Internet really sucked because I spend a lot of time working from home and now I still regularly have to reset my IP address until it starts working."^^ . "3"^^ . "1"^^ .
