I used the blower once and found the issue, tried cleaning up my yard with difficulty and went to return it two days later. A customer service rep was helping me return it, and before she could finish, a manager came over and accused me of bringing an older blower in and trying to return it with the receipt of a new one I bought recently. Essentially accused me of stealing. I argued with her and got them to return it, but I won't be back to Lowes out of fear if I buy expensive equipment that doesn't work I will not be able to return it. Buyer beware."^^ . "1"^^ .
