I was trying to have the soles replaced on a pair of my husband's dress shoes, and this place gave me a very cheap quote--this should have been my first tip-off as far as low quality workmanship. However, I was lured in by the too-good-to-believe price. I ended up with janky thick rubber soles replacing the worn ones I had dropped off, making the shoes look nothing like the original pair. They were at least a half-inch taller than the original sole. I was upset, and asked them to fix the shoes using a thinner sole that was more suitable to a men's dress shoe. There must have been some sort of communication error because when I returned the sole was even THICKER than the first time. I was unsure of whether I should ask again for the shoes to be fixed, but since I had already spent a good amount of money to get the shoes fixed I asked once more. On the third round the shoes came out SLIGHTLY better than the first round. \n\nI will unfortunately not be returning for more shoe repair work, though the workman was kind and wanted to help me out, he didn't seem equipped to do the work I asked of him.\n\nAs an added pain, their credit card reader was not working the day I paid. So, they asked me to drive 2 miles away to my bank's ATM in order to pay for service. I was disappointed, and was lugging around my 3 month old daughter in the August heat of Phoenix. The whole experience was just unfortunate. \n\nThey may be better equipped to handle a different kind of repair, but I do not recommend them for men's dress shoes."^^ . "2017-01-19T00:00:00"^^ . .
