Tonight I came in around 2am. Put my credit card down for a tab. At 3:50am I asked to close out. The bartender was very hesitant to answer me when I asked for my tab to be closed. After about 2 mins she comes up and informs me very nonchalant my card is missing and if I had an other form of payment. I got a little upset about the information. After a few exchanges she looks for my card very half heartedly to come back and finally admits she charged my card for some one else's tab then gave my credit card to some one else. And it wasn't as straight forward as I just wrote it. Needless to say I refused to pay for my tab till my credit card was located. I called the police. A manager showed up with the police officer. He was semi helpful. I will say I appreciate his effort at the very end but when he showed up he tried justifying the credit card mistake. Stating he had to back his staff. As this man says this to me the same bartender in question hands my brother Dennis some one else's credit card asking him to sign out. Needless to say I will never go back. Franks Tiki Bar or Crown and Anchor. Golden Tiki is a joke and extremely unprofessional. The management will back a bartender who gives your credit card to some one else.
