We tried the tempura salmon roll and the Philadelphia. Both were spectacular. My entr\u00E9e was the salmon plate. At 14$ it was worth every penny. I was given two huge pieces of salmon that was seared in teriyaki. \n\nThis is by far the best sushi place I have ever been to. And could u imagine it's in the middle of the desert??  Just amazing.
