It's not easy dealing with people and their complaints all day (including mine). Stressful job. Maintenance is punctual and friendly. I'm impressed with both. The landscape is well maintained and they do a good job with upkeep. Shower heads are awesome. Sinks are modern and really pretty. \n\nCons: I lived in a 1 bedroom and paid $1,205. Unless you actively use the movie theater room, gym, pool(not heated year round) and rent bikes you won't get your money's worth. But if you're like me and get impressed by first glance but never use them, you overpay. A garage should definitely be included in this price overall. Walls are VERY thin. If you are on the bottom floor You will hear EVERY noise your upstairs neighbor makes. The few times I've used the computers the printers in the office have been out of ink, slow internet, etc. however, the staff does their best to help. It's just frustrating. Floors are white and are not easy to clean. You have to scrub or get a magic erase marker for sure! \n\nAside from all the issues with my neighbor (which you may or may not experience) and the price (because you do pay for every amenity whether you use it or not) I would recommend these apartments. Just think it through and ask \"Will I actually use all these amenities I am paying for?\" And be SURE to ask if your neighbors have had complaints. It can really take away the joy of living in a luxury apartment."^^ . . .
