"Yesterday I attended the 5pm BLS class with John but unfortunately I had to leave early and was not able to finish the full course and take the exam due to an emergency. Not only did John conduct a thorough class, they had let me reschedule that way I could still get certified without having to pay again. I rescheduled this morning and without hassle. I truly appreciate the kindness and consideration! No bias here, they really do know what they are doing.
