"2017-01-24T00:00:00"^^ . . . "0"^^ . "3"^^ . "1"^^ . "Called for propane on jan 16th, the lady on the phone quoted the propane at $1.99/gal and said someone would be out there jan 17th. Awesome! \n\nNo one came on the 17th. Nor the 18th or 19th. \n\nSo I called back on friday the 20th and let them know they had forgotten to come (she said they are actually scheduled to come next week, what?!) But she was able to get someone out that day. \n\nBut then i got my bill and it showed 3.53/ gal. IMO if they quote a certain amount they should stick to it, even if they forget to come, and have to come back on a day where it costs more. \n\nI called back and asked the woman to check the price of fuel and apparently it was 1.99 on mon and was 3.59 on fri. She said it is their policy to stick with the quoted amount given on the phone and that it does say in my account I was quoted $1.99/gal. She apologized for the mistake amd fixed my bill. \n\nShe said they note your acct with the quoted amount and will stick to that amount... but it sounds like you have to double check your bill to make sure they do that. (And what if they forget to note your acct? then its your word against theirs?! That makes me uncomfortable.)\n\nglad they stuck to the policy and fixed my bill but I will be looking for a different company in the future. (Update: i just got the new bill, its correct)\n\nI really like the lady on the phone she was very nice and accommodating. Able to fix both issues I had -getting someone out there immediately and fixing my bill. \n\nBut they shouldn't have had those issues in the first place. I would rather work with a company that I can trust to do their job right the first time. I shouldn't have to keep notes on what was the quoted amount and double check my bill. Makes me wonder how many customers have been unknowingly overcharged..."^^ . "0"^^ . .
