I found them via google, scheduled a consult online and the owner Ode did show up on time but I found him to be grumpy and impersonal as he walked through my house touching things without explaining what he was looking for. However, I was impressed that he was on time, had a professional folder with all of his company's details, said he was licensed and bonded, and most importantly that his company used all-natural cleaning products which was why I initially chose them in the first place. I told him I'd have to discuss the cleaning frequency with my fianc\u00E9 and also see how we liked the cleaning job. \n\nI called to set an appointment and confirmed the price with Ode.\n\nThe day of the appointment three women showed up on time. They spoke English fairly well and I have to say they did an excellent job. They must have been in my house (which is just under 3,000 square feet) for five hours. They pulled furniture out and did not cut corners. When they were done I gave them a check but they said that they were told to charge me the higher monthly price which I never agreed to. The owner called me and I reminded him we agreed to the lower price to try it out. A little shady but he accepted the lower price since that's what I was quoted when I made the appointment. We never set a follow up.\n\nTwo weeks later I get a reminder call for my cleaning the next day but I said I never agreed to two weeks and we really weren't ready for it yet. Another two weeks later I get a second reminder call for my now once a month cleanings. Again, I never agreed to any cleaning frequency. I said I'd call when I was ready.\n\nWhen we were ready for our next cleaning I called and got their answering service. The owner called me back after hours on a Friday so I missed his call. I called back Monday and got the answering service again. The owner called back in a defensive tone to say that I cancelled on him twice and I reminded him that I never committed to a schedule. I informed him due to my travel with work that I couldn't set definite once a month cleanings and said well then you'll go to $70 an hour. I've never heard of such a thing for housekeepers. You can't charge customers by the hour because it's difficult to watch their every move and therefore the job could be dragged out to any length of time if they wanted. Ode (the owner) said well then you'll have to find someone else to clean for you and abruptly hung up.\n\nI immediately called back to express my astonishment at the rudeness and unprofessionalism of a business owner and said I'd write this review and was told I was blackmailing him. Yelp reviews aren't blackmail, they're intended to help others with a similar need. No other business would turn away a customer because they didn't require the service on the same date each month. Ridiculous policies and a highly rude ownership. We won't be using this service ever again."^^ .
