I purchased 2 plants, 2 pots, and paid for delivery & repotting.\n$650 was a lot of money for a few plants but it was the hands off service I was paying for.\n\nSadly this is were the wheels fell off, HARD! Our agreed upon delivery day came and went. No call, no show. When I texted Austin, he was very polite and professional and explained he was out of town that week and had just landed at McCarren but would have a answer for me. \n\nFriday evening came and went with no return text. I did get a text 8:00 Saturday morning and was promised a 10:00 delivery.\n11:00, no call no show. I texted back and said if I did not hear back in 30 minutes I was cancelling the order. 11:30, nothing. I texted my cancellation to Austin and magically within 40 seconds my phone rang. It was the logistical manager Elizabeth.\n\nShe tried to schedule a time for later that day and I said, no thank you. She was full of lies and excuses about wrong phone numbers and lost paperwork.\nI texted Austin, thanked him for his help. He assured me he would have the refund processed.\nA week went by with no reply to multiple texts regarding the cancellation confirmation. Radio silence. I had to cancel myself through the cc company.\nIf you have a choice and the time, go elsewhere. They have nice stuff, but lack the talent and integrity to deliver on the backend."^^ .
