She had a flat tire, and they could have easily suggested her replacing her tires. Instead, they were able to fix the issue involving four corroded valve stems to prevent further flat tires, and this was a very inexpensive fix. Without getting into too much detail, they went above and beyond for her. The other option would be replacing all four tires. \n\nMy experience was no different.
