"I visited here about 3 years ago. They have a fantastic selection of parts, but their service kind of left a bad taste in my mouth. I went looking for a very specific part after being referred by a nearby shop with fantastic service that didn't have what I need. This shop also didn't have the cable, but when I offered to show them the issue they quickly said, \"As soon as we touch your computer it's a $49 service fee. We're not like other shops you may be familiar with\". All I was trying to do was plug in the bad cable to show them my issue. The other shop spent 30 minutes working with me troubleshooting with various parts and didn't charge me a dime. Sure, they lost some time with me, but when it comes time to refer friends and family to a shop, which one do you think I'll refer them to? I realize that this industry has service fees, but seems like they could have not been so hard-nosed about it. I repair computers myself and would love to have a local shop to buy parts from, but I'd have a hard time going back unless I really couldn't find a part anywhere else."^^ . . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . .
