It's Chicken breast dipped in flour and saut\u00E9ed with mushrooms, ham and onions in a cream sauce. That CREAM sauce is to die for! For those of you who know me, I'm a pretty darn good cook who's been taught how to make classic French sauces through my Johnson & Wales Chef Choice classes. Well this one is textbook cream sauce (though Italian not French). You can taste the butter and cream, and it makes this dish heavenly. I don't know how else to describe that taste. I've ordered this dish a dozen times before and each time it has been consistently prepared, and consistently AWESOME!\n\nMy date ordered their Osso Bucco special. She never had that before and she loved it! I tasted it and it was cooked to perfection. That slow braise did the trick. Super moist and tender, and very flavorful.\n\nTIP: Ask for their \"Portofino House Red Wine\" and they'll bring you a Venetian Ripasso, which I call the \"baby Amarone.\" For $32 bucks you get an excellent bottle of red wine which drinks much better than the $32 price point....at least it does to my wine palate!\n\nJust love this place.
