"Cheap appliances that continually break or just don't work properly, the residents are unruly and seemingly drunk all the time (they also love to etch curse words on the elevator walls), and the staff (manager in particular) has no customer service skills. We paid an unreasonable amount of money to stay 3 months past our contract because of a house we had purchased was not even built yet. We then had to figure out a means of living for a week as our move in on the house was Oct 7th while, we had thought, our move out was the end of the month. Yesterday, we received a call from management asking where our keys were as it was moving day. Whaa?! The manager then told us we signed the contract and the contract states move out was Sept 27th. I asked her where our reminder was, she said we gave you a reminder on this day... June 23rd? Really? That's our reminder? Then proceeded to tell me that it was our responsibility to remember. Even a crappy rundown complex in Tucson had the decency to remind me of my moving day! We have busy lives and have stressful jobs, while it is management's job to keep people up to date on their notices! So she shoved the contract in my face multiple times, pointed to the date, and then shoved a moving brochure in my face, all the while I am standing in front of her about to vomit because of a migraine attack that I had. We had till the following morning to move out. So from 7pm til 3am, we moved out and I had to miss work because of my unrelenting migraine and 3 hours of sleep. For the 2 years we have lived there, longer than most people there, we have experienced nothing but turmoil from place. And we can finally wash our hands of it.\n\nTurns out what they did to us was wrong. Talked to a lawyer and said that leases run and should legally run till the end of the month, contract or not. And forcing us out before the month was up was technically illegal. Save yourself the grief and don't live here."^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . .
