He was able to find the problem and resolve it. I have to say I am very impressed that he was able to resolve my problem when no one could. Eamon and Marina are the best and I want everyone to know the issue was not their customer service. The issue was my rebate was just processed wrong. I am very thankful it was resolved. BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE $650 REBATE VERIZON PROMISES. I wanted to give everyone an update. Since switching over to Verizon, we received the $650 rebate on one line BUT only received $320 for the 2nd line we switched over. Verizon does advertise that they reimburse $650 per line. The way is works is you get a credit for the value of the phone you trade in. So for the 1st line/phone we traded in we got $362.00 and then we got $288.00 on a Visa Gift Card. That did total $650.00. For the 2nd line/phone we did receive $320.00 credit for the phone trade-in but we have never received the remaining balance of $330 on the Visa Gift Card. When I called Verizon they told me it was too late that the promotion was over and I didn't turn everything in on time. Well this is BS since the store actually handled everything for me. I didn't have to turn anything in. I traded the phone in and THEN took in my final ATT bill and now Verizon doesn't want to honor this. I have since gone into the store and talked to the manager. She remembers me and everything that Eamon did she said was correct. I am still waiting to see if Verizon will honor the $650 rebate. I will let you know........."^^ . .
