The technician came and told me the lock could not be picked because it is a security lock. He drilled out one hole in the lock and the door was opened. I asked for the invoice and he charged me $214.00. The next day I called several locksmiths to get estimates for emergency service calls. They all told me that the price I paid was outrageous.
