"1"^^ . "My friend rented a motorcycle that unfortunately he leaned on the asphalt while backing it up on an incline. The result was four little scratches (the size of pen point) under the side bag and one, half inch long, on the lower edge of the front fender. Anyhow something that could be barely noticeable, but since my friend is a gentleman upon returning the bike he told the dealer employee about that. He was sure that since the bike was 3 years old and because it was such a minor cosmetic issue he would not be charged anything or maximum a few hundred dollars to touch up the scratches. Indeed he was charged $2000, again $2000 since they \"claimed\" that they have changed everything around those scratched parts. All the hardware supporting the bag, bolts and nuts, and anything else that could possibly added . I believe that only in labor, to change a fender and a bag, Chester HD Dealer charged $600!. \n\nSo what it was supposed to be a dream trip with motorcycles in Arizona, due to the questionable ethics, if not the lack of decency and moral of the Chester HD' s dealer, it became a punch on the chin, a knockout right when you would never expected because you are thinking to deal with reputable people. \nThe Chester HD in the instance has made easy and fat money out of the ordeal, but in the meantime they forget that even us, single customers, we will share our experience with others so to give our business to more professional organizations."^^ . .
