Adds a really interesting textural component.\n\nSeared sea scallops - scallops were the downside of this dish. They did not have good sear, but the croquette and corn/pablano parts were delish and worked with the flavor of the scallops.\n\nAlbondigas - OK, flavors were not merried well and lacked umami (I hate using that word- stupid kikoman, but the dish lacked it).\n\nOverall- great apps (guac!) and drinks- will go again b/c I think we ended up ordering the wrong things.
