This argument would have never taken place if Skyline Casino had the appropriate standard casino rules in place. But before I get into that, let me give you my review for the rest of the casino: I have not been to the Skyline Casino in awhile, and I wanted to check it out after I noticed they expanded the property significantly (by adding a brand new hotel wing). Prior to this expansion, Skyline did not have a hotel, they only had the casino and restaurant. I thought since they spent so much money on building a hotel, that they may have renovated the casino portion as well. Unfortunately, this is not the case, as I did not notice any major improvements to the casino (so it still has the same problems outlined in my previous review). However, they did make one positive change, and that is they are now offering Player Club Cards (like most casinos do). I forgot to pick up a copy of the Player Club's rules and redemption rates, so I do not know how good it is...but at least you will now get a little something back in comps, and your play will be tracked, so you will be able to get a Win/Loss statement at the end of the year for your IRS tax returns. Now, as far as the fight....I witnessed a fight almost break out between two customers, because one guy was playing 3 video poker machines at once (they were the Full Pay Dueces $0.50 machines, in which there only a few available, and the casino was crowded, so it was tough to get one of those machines). The other man (who wanted to play one of the machines) started arguing with the guy playing the 3 machines, and it got nasty quickly. The man (who wanted to play one of the machines) then complained to the casino manager. But the casino manager told him they allow players to play up to 3 machines at once....the man then left in a hurry, and looked pretty angry, so I doubt he will ever be back to the Skyline again ....I can't really blame him for being upset, because it is unusual for a casino to allow a player to play 3 machines at once....most casinos usually will allow someone to play two machines at once (but only if the casino is not crowded, and there are plenty of that specific game/paytable available)....but Skyline's rule (of allowing a player to play 3 machines at once, even when the casino is crowded) is just asking for trouble...Skyline should really reconsider changing that rule, to fall in line with all the other casinos, before a fight breaks out and someone gets seriously injured. Based on my recent experience at Skyline, I have lowered my rating (from my previous review) from 3 stars to 2 stars."^^ . "0"^^ . "2"^^ .
