The patisserie is a small \"kiosk\" near the casinos serving up tons of sandwiches, pastries, and other treats.  On display were gorgeous cakes and chocolates.\n\nAfter debating over at least 3 desserts, I decided on the Nutella Napoleon (I can never resist Nutella).  It definitely had a strong hazelnut/chocolate flavor, but lacked the creaminess of a regular Napoleon.
