Steve could not have been more accommodating and attentive, getting my S4 in for what appeared to be a minor brake light issue with 2 hours notice. We ended up having a major clutch defect needing parts from Germany. He provided a beautiful new 2017 loaner with little notice to save our weekend plans with no car.
