"We were disappointed. \n\nWe got a quote to clean a bedspread for $22 and, when we picked it up, not only did they charge $33, but there was no appeal and no apology. And it probably doesn't stretch the truth much to mention that the person we picked it up from was a bit rude.\n\nWe posted the above as a 2-star review.\n\nImpressively, we received a call the very next day from the owner, Jeff. He and I both came to the conclusion that \"communication can be fragile\". And he was kind enough to recompense us with a very satisfactory credit.\n\nAs much as anything, we appreciated his caring attitude.\n\nWe have revised the rating to 4-stars and will give them another try."^^ . .
