Disgrace.\n\nGot an amazing price with promo code at teeoff.com for $42 at 136pm on a tues so i decided what the heck, let's try it again.\n\nThis is a nice well kept course, but nowhere as nice as Arroyo. Arroyo is not only tougher but a better kept and more aesthetically beautiful course.\n\nThis time course was wide open.  No starter. We were 2, and not paired with anyone. Perhaps the winds kept the locals away but we had a blast playing this course in 3 hours!  The par 3' s here are some of my favorite.\n\nBottom Line: If you can get this for under $60 during the week, its a decent value.
