Wednesday night 04/06/2016 I went into Sun your Buns to buy a 1 month package that I already knew the price of. When I got there I told the girl my name asked a few questions, which she didn't know the manager later stated it was her first time and she was alone, which was fine I understand people are training. But there was another worker in there with her boy friend who kept going outside and smoking so the employee had to keep going out and asking her questions. When I finally get in the room it was dirty. There was dirt on the floor sticking to the bottom of my feet and there were smudge marks of lotion on the bed handle. When I called to talk to a manger she was VERY RUDE. First off she told me I was wrong that she doubts the room was dirty at all that it was hard to believe. She yelled over me the whole time, didn't even let me finish my story. She told me it was my fault and I was being childish about the situation that she wasn't going to deal with it. They don't do refunds and if I'm regretting my purchase its too bad. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. I've never been spoken to this way!!! When I told her the girl was on her phone responding to texts and ignoring calls she said I was upset because they didn't pay attention to me, at least she was ignoring the call....When I asked to speak to someone else she said she will leave my name and number and THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I don't want anything from this company except a refund. The way the manager spoke to me was ridiculous."^^ .
