The amount was seriously tiny, smaller than the inside of my palm and the cup was shallow. I asked \"is that all?\" in surprise and the waitress took my gelato and said \"hold on\", paused and came back with an barely discernable scraping (not kidding). I also asked for a cup of tap water and the waitress dodged my question several times by first saying that there was no water, then saying that they only have bottled water and then by saying that there was no sink (seriously). I said \"but... you don't have tap water, isn't there a sink?\" \"...no.\" I'm that naive that I didn't believe that they actually wouldn't offer tap water and I blamed it on the cost of cups. Nope, there were a stack of glass cups along the sink. I'm pretty sure that denying tap water is illegal in Toronto (I heard this several years back) or at the least, it's in bad taste. I said this and the girl apologized several times, said that she'd tell her manager, but still, didn't offer water. It was a hot day with no air conditioning, my only thought is something needs to be fixed here and the intentions of the management should be considered... The cafe is cute with wooden benches and tables that look hand built and they look like they're trying to mimic a Korean cafe vibe with the notes and Kpop mentions on the walls but with this service because tap water is the bare minimum, in my opinion, and the offerings available, I'll try the dozens of other cafes in that area."^^ .
