However, you will have lots of fees and lots of noise!! \n\nWe relocated from NJ to NC in 2012 and moved in here. We were SO excited to settle in here while we decided what area would fit our family best in this new state. We are a family of 3 and our dog. \n\nMove in went smooth, and we thought all would be great here. Not so much...\n\nThe leasing team was the worst I have ever encountered. \n\nWe lived here for 2 years and the turn over in the leasing office is horrific. If they treat there staff like they treat the tenants, I see why the turnaround is awful. Every week there is someone new, literally. There seems to be a huge turn over in the apartments themselves as well. \n\nJessica- the leasing manager is a nightmare. Every single neighbor I know has some \"battle\" story with her involved. \n\nThe pool is well kept, I will give them that. And they are pet friendly. That is about the only positive praise I can give this place. \n\nDo not expect a peaceful pool. Majority of the time its crowded, loud, and footballs are being thrown across it. Also be prepaid to step in dog poop at least twice a week. Despite having doggie stations all over with \"poo bags\" no one seems to utilize them. \n\nWhen we first moved in we did not have a washer and drier yet. I needed to utilize the laundry room on property. These machines are SO OLD. I literally needed to hang dry my clothes after dumping in $3.00 bucks and two hours to get them damp, at best. \n\nI work from home and had another major challenge, the lawn care people. \n\nWhen I tell you the leaf blowers are going all day long, I'm not kidding. Granted the property is well kept, but for me working from home, this is a problem. \n\nI don't see the need for lawn guys to be here every single day blowing leaves. It's a little excessive, and the noise is horrible. \n\nThe noise level is very high in general here. I expect some noise in an apartment complex, I mean you are living on-top of others. But the walls here seemed to be extra thin. You can hear everything!! \n\nI originally loved the 24 hour kitchenette area. But the cabinets are always kept LOCKED.\n\nThis means if you enter after 5pm (office staff is gone) to brew a fresh cup of coffee/tea, and there's no cups, you are out of luck because they are in the locked cabinet. \n\nLastly, the wonderful \"Business Center.\" This was appealing to me since I run a home based business. However, do not expect to get anything out of it. There is never any paper in the fax machine/printers. \n\nThen when I went to send some faxes, you can only fax local! Useless. \n\nThe last straw that made me drop everything to come online and write this review, my \"move out statement.\" \n\nMy girlfriend next door moved out a few months before us. They charged her $30 PER CEILING FAN (2) as a \"removal fee.\" Yet, when I met the new neighbors and saw inside, surprise!! The fans she was charged to remove, remained! \n\nHaving this heads up is why we made sure our place was TOTALLY EMPTY, and spotless. We left this place spotless. Yet, we got hit with charges. \n\nJust not the best experience. It looked beautiful, but disappointed us all around. \n\nMy advice. For the price they are charging, go rent a house."^^ . . "8"^^ .
