I have an older bike that I needed some parts for, nothing crazy just some gaskets and a hose. I ordered my parts (Thursday Dec. 12) and was told it would be 5 business days to get my parts in. \"The sooner the better\" I chimed in as even though I have a car I do prefer to ride my motorcycle and use it regularly. I also picked up the filters and fluids needed for regular maintenance and was assured that they \"have everything for regular maintenance in stock\". Well after waiting 5 business days  (Thursday Dec. 19) I called to see if my parts were in and told no dice and they would be in Friday, Monday at the latest! So I called on Friday (Dec. 20) in hopes my part was in and to make sure they had the gasket for the oil filter which I forgotten to pick up, no biggie since they have all that in stock since changing the oil filter I think would fall into the regular maintenance department. Well of course they didn't have it and it would be at least 5 more business days for that to get in. Well, maybe the other parts are in so I can start putting my bike back together... nope now no idea... maybe Tuesday (Dec 24) but what they failed to tell me is that I didn't meet the minimum part order amount so they didn't place the order until the Monday (Dec. 16) and with the holidays there is no way of being sure when my parts will come in... these people aren't very helpful and will give you the run around. This would have been nice to know BEFORE I ordered through them. I tried calling to see if they had the part I needed but couldn't find it any info on it and was urged to come down with the part... because of which I am now waiting forever for a part I would have ordered on line and already received. However, they failed to inform me they wouldn't order the part for several days even though it was paid in full. Now the delivery time I was quoted is now completely open and I'm am immobile until \"it gets here when it gets here\"....
