"Having read a few of the negative reviews, I am puzzled enough to wonder if the writers actually visited this place. \n\nI went in on Monday in desperate need of no chip manicure. I was quoted a price of $25 which included the existing no chip take off. The hot stone pedicures are $19.99 every day, but there were no regular polish and gel colors exact matches, so I decided against getting a pedi. \n\nWhile being serviced, I looked at the nail designs and decided to get a party nail on each finger. Well, the design I received was a bit of a party pooper if you asked me. I found it to be outdated and not a good fit for me. But, I wanted to give it time to grow on me. By the following morning, I bought polish remover only to learn I could not get it off without soaking it. I then called to ask if they could remove the design and replace it with the original color and I was told \"of course\". \n\nI arrived and it was fixed right away with a new design which I loved! The tech who serviced me the prior day was unhappy and less than friendly despite having received a generous tip, but I guess she wondered why I did not speak up sooner.\n\nEither way, loved the way the matter was handled by the staff the following day and I loved the new party nail! I would definitely recommend this salon."^^ . . "3"^^ . . "2015-11-11T00:00:00"^^ . . "5"^^ . "4"^^ . "3"^^ .
