Owner is a jerk. \n\nIn the 30 plus times that I have overpaid to be a customer at this restaurant, I have never received my order the correct way I ordered it. The employees never smile, or take the 3 seconds to ask how your day is going. The place is also very expensive. \n\nHowever, the food is great. I get the philly provolone cheesesteak with no peppers. Simple enough order you would think but apparently its way over the head of the cooks. When I ask for them to fix the sandwich I enjoy it so much that I forget that I just spent $20 dollars for one person and that the employees are worthless. \n\nFrom my perspective, in this economy those employees have a job that another person would love to have, so Im not sure why such rude employees get to work there. Probably has a lot to do with the owner, very unfriendly jersey shore wannabe whom I have witnessed kick out multiple customers for ridiculous reasons. One group was an old couple who was watching the news after having just finished their meal."^^ .
