"I had a horrible experience with Sugar Me Wax from start to finish today. And I'd like to preface this by saying I've never left a review for a business before because I've never received bad service until today. I scheduled waxing at the Camelback location for trip I have in a couple of days. I show up at Suite 10 (as said in my email) and knock. After 5 minutes, finally someone answers and tells me to go upstairs. Okay, it was supposed to be in suite 10 but whatever. I go upstairs and it takes another 5 minutes to finally find it since I was given no directions and have never been here before. I knock on the door and no one answers. I wait 5 minutes only to discover the room is empty. I call to see what is going on and no one answers. I wait and call again. At this point it's 11:15 for an 11:00 appointment. Someone finally answers. She tells me that she will call me back and figure out what is going on. After 10 minutes and no call back, I call again. She said she didn't have my number in the system to call back (even though my email is in the system) and that the woman who was scheduled called out sick. Now, I'm not an irrational person. People get sick and I understand that. However, when these things happen you need to call or email customers! It was now 11:25. I've wasted 30 minutes getting here, 25 minutes to figure out what is going on, and now I have to drive 30 minutes back. This entire situation was unprofessional. I cannot speak to the service here as I haven't received any, this was my first appointment and I will not be rescheduling or coming back and will be taking my business elsewhere."^^ . . "0"^^ . .
