. "Day 12 without a functioning washing machine and there was a major mix-up with the service call, as in it getting scheduled on my calendar and not theirs. After waiting over a week for the part to arrive, slipping on the service date was a bitter pill to swallow. The service center was not at all helpful, however I followed up with the manager of the store where the washing machine was purchased and he followed up with the service department. Bottom line, they were apologetic and made an effort to resolve the mix-up and get the repair done on the day I expected it.
